Hi, thanks for using Nilaki. These terms explain how the product works and what we both agree to. We’ve kept them readable on purpose. If something still feels unclear, email us at hello@nilaki.com and we’ll talk it through.

1. Who we are

Nilaki (“Nilaki,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an AI creative toolkit for marketers. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to these Terms.

2. What Nilaki is for

Nilaki helps you research what’s working on short form platforms, write hooks and scripts, and generate short vertical videos for places like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

You’ll always want to review anything before you publish it. AI can miss the mark, and you’re responsible for what you choose to post.

3. Your account

Please keep your login details accurate and secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account. You need to be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to use Nilaki.

4. Plans, credits, and billing

Nilaki runs on monthly (or yearly) plans with a pool of generation credits. What’s included on each plan is shown on our Pricing page.

• Credits refresh each billing cycle and don’t roll over.
• If you go past your included credits, overage is charged at the rate shown on Pricing.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account settings.
• Payments are handled by our payment partner (the merchant of record for your purchase). Their checkout terms apply to the payment itself; these Terms cover your use of Nilaki.

5. Please use Nilaki responsibly

Don’t use Nilaki to:

• Create illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Clone or imitate a real person’s voice or likeness without their clear permission. You’re responsible for anything you upload for that purpose
• Mislead people into thinking a real person said or did something they didn’t
• Create sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence or hate
• Try to break into, scrape, or abuse the product

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Who owns what you create

As long as you follow these Terms, you own the content you generate with Nilaki and can use it commercially. You’re still responsible for making sure your use of that content is lawful and doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.

7. Availability and quality

We work hard to keep Nilaki reliable, but we can’t promise every generation will be perfect or that the service will never hiccup. Outputs can vary. Review before you publish.

8. Liability

Nilaki is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the product, including outcomes from content you choose to publish.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as Nilaki grows. If we make meaningful changes, we’ll let you know in the product or by email. Keeping your account after that means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Botswana, without regard to conflict of law rules.
