1. The short version

We collect what we need to run your account, process payments, and generate the content you ask for. We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We don’t rent it, and we don’t trade it for ads.

2. What we collect

Account details: things like your name and email, so you can sign in and we can reach you.

Payment details: we don’t store your full card number. Payments go through our payment partner, who handles checkout securely under their own privacy practices.

What you upload: images, video, audio, and text you provide so we can generate content for you (for example a product shot, a voice sample, or a script).

What we create for you: scripts, videos, and other outputs saved to your account.

Usage data: things like generation history and credit use, so billing stays accurate and we can improve the product.

3. How we use it

We use your information to:

• Run and improve Nilaki
• Bill your plan and keep credits straight
• Create the content you request
• Send account, billing, or important product updates
• Fix bugs and keep the service secure

We don’t use your personal information to sell advertising lists, and we don’t sell it to data brokers.

4. Who helps us run Nilaki

Like most online products, we rely on trusted partners for pieces of the stack, for example sign in, hosting, payments, and generation. They only get what they need to do their job for us, and they aren’t allowed to use your information as their own product.

We do not sell your data to third parties. Sharing with partners so the product can work is not selling your data.

5. Voice and images you upload

If you upload a voice sample or a face/image for generation, we use it only to fulfill that request. By uploading it, you confirm you have the right to use it that way. See our Terms of Service for more on responsible use.

6. How long we keep things

We keep account and generation history while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@nilaki.com. We may keep limited records when we have to, for example for legal, billing, or fraud prevention reasons.

7. Where data is processed

Nilaki and our partners may process data in more than one country. If that applies to you, your information may move across borders with appropriate safeguards where required.

8. Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to limit certain processing. Email hello@nilaki.com and we’ll help.

9. Kids

Nilaki isn’t for anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

10. Security

We use sensible technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No product is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.

11. Updates

We may update this policy as Nilaki changes. If something material shifts, we’ll let you know in the product or by email.
